SoulDestroyers First-Hand Guide Empty

EVOLUTOR: For example, it was stated that you need a certain number in order to unlock the next evolution. which might sound a little complicated but it isnt at all, unlocking a digimons evolution does not mean you can use that evolution. it just means they have the potential to do so. For example if you want impmon's ultimate skullsatamon, you need 3 evolutors or (evos) for short. You will need 3 evos in your invantory, they cannot be in the warehouse to use them. doing so will unlock the option for icedevimon to digivolve to skullsatamon, but only if you have the requirements to do so. In this case impmon can digivolve to skullsatamon at level 25. If you have impmon level 25 without unlocking his ultimate form, he WILL NOT be able to digivolve to his ultimate level. But dont worry if you dont! you can still train the digimon past the required level and still unlock it later. same goes for his Mega, but to unlock impmons Mega you will need 8 evos. And as Edahs said, there is no need to use evos on your starter digimon, since the evolution chain up to mega is already unlocked!

the next thing that might cause some confusion is the digi eggs

THE GREEN DIGI-EGGS:
As you will soon find out in the game, there are a few diffrent types of green digimon eggs. However only ONE type will give you chips. In the Korean version these were called Digi-eggs(DATA) very straight forward. these are the only ones id pickup since the others arnt worth much and only give items such as food or clothing which you could buy quite cheaply in the game. The type of Data is refected on the egg. for example a Beast digi-egg (data) will always give a Beast Data chip.

BLUE DIGI-EGGS:
these have a blue border around them, and are called Digi-egg(Best) These can give you chip sets unlike the Data from green eggs can contain more than 1 Data! and like green digi-eggs it will be of the same type as the egg. Example Dark digi-egg (best) will have a chance to give you dark data chip(s) They can also give you other items, such as chips for your digivice.

HATCHING DIGIMON:
This could be the most confusing part of DMO to some players. But its quite simple, when you battle a certain digimon long enough they can drop a special egg. this is a hatchable digi-egg and when you see one youll know, the drop has a burst of digi-soul for anyone whose seen the anime, its quite obvious when you see a hatchable egg. And those you who havnt seen the anime dont worry! it also says its hatchable, and will contain the name of the digimon inside!

Now once you have the digi-egg and some data for the digi-egg type. for example a digimon with rock element(it will say in the digi-eggs discription) will only take Rock data-chips. Well how much data? well its diffrent for almost every digimon, some eggs take 2, some take 5 and some take 10. everytime you try to add data it has a chance to fail. Every failed attempt has a chance to break the egg. in Which case you need a new egg.
However if its successful the digi-data meter will rise! it can rise only 5 times, at which point the digi-egg is at its max potential, and is ready to be hatched. a Digi-egg can be hatched at the 3rd successfully added Data (Or 3/5). so why not hatch it there? well you can! but its size and stats will be under 100% !
that being said most players will perfer 4/5. this means it will likey be over 100% making it bigger and stronger than even your starter digimon.
Then theres the most wanted 5/5 digimon. if these guys get over 120% they will get a digi-soul arua. these digimon are tough. But getting a digimon to 5/5 takes alot of work and patience, not to mention alot of hatchable eggs!
Unless of course you resort to a cash hatchable egg. these will be for sale in the digi-shop, or you can buy from another player. these eggs dont fail at adding data. So theres no need to worry about it breaking!

Now theres these annoying Mercanary digi-eggs. these can be scaned at anyone who scans eggs. they cost a bit but they will give you a certain type of digimon at random. for example a Beast mercenary digi-egg will give you a random beast digimon egg. which can be hatched using the same process as above. these can be very frustrating if you dont get the digimon you want.

CLOTHES:
My favourite part. it was well explained by Edahs. you can buy clothes from npc vendors or get them from some green-digi eggs. who dosnt wanna look like a pro next to there favourite digimon?

EVOLUTION CHAIN:
You probabley seen me say this some where as evo chain or something. This just is used to explain how digimon digivolve. from Rookie-Champion-ultimate-Mega. Now people who havnt played digimon wouldnt know this, theres a 5th stage! most will still be the same digimon, but there appreance and power will change! This is called Bust mode. Only certain digimon can do it. Mostly the main digimon from the anime, example (Gallantmon, Beezelmon, Wargreymon, metalgarurumon and a few others. the expeption to this is saberleomon. when used with his bust mode item, he becomes Bancholeomon.

(PLEASE NOTE):
that this is based on my experince playing DMO on the korean server. The english sever has yet to be released so some information could be changed. but hopefully most will still be vaild.

This guide has be made completely by me. iv used no information from any other sites just what I personally know. This guide is intended for the use of ~FairyTail~ guild members.
